Would anyone be up for South Downs way, end-to-end, at some point this summer?
Would love to, although would probably have to be towards the end of summer..

Has there ever been a vegetarian contestant on Masterchef?

Le google - http://www.peta.org/living/food/meet-master-chef-contestant-wont-eat-meat/
In short, yes. But they still cooked the meat by guesswork.

Sounds like people do the usual thing of "nice, but it's missing the meat"

fuck. i have a blister (from football) on my right foot, right where my cleat position is.
any quick remedies that will make it all better so I can do an audax on sunday?
I had this exact thing on a Wednesday (from football) and had a 24h running race on the Saturday. A Compeed patch did the job fine.

I did 95 miles of it with my cousin a few years ago, one march. We had to bail and drop down to brighton after a string of punctures, we ran out of food, the light went, and it got cold. I sat shivering in the foetal position while Tom fixed his third puncture. He told me later that he was thinking "Shit. I've killed Will."
Would be good to do the whole thing on a long, warm summers day. When were you thinking?

Have a look at Soul's posts towards the end of the thread for a nice custom alternative

I'd still really like to make on of those racks but in the meantime my GF bought a Cycloc because she was sick of waiting.

Anyone know what things like this are called? Not those actual things as they're part of an instrument's mouthpiece.
I would describe it as a washer that has sides that go up and around the bolt. -

I like the sound of this. Depends when in the summer though, as I'm not sure I'm quite up to it yet.

Cup washers?
Ferrules?
Cup washers don't go deep enough.
Some of the ferrules on images look kind of ok but they're not exactly what I'm after.
This would be perfect except that it's plastic :(
It's an 'end cap'. -

Anyone knows how/if it's possible to remove PX decals from their frameset? Talking about the old style decals, dunno if that makes a difference.
Quoting myself as I'm still looking for a solution.
Might be getting caught on the rubber hood, check it is seated properly. Have had this happen (although to RH)
