I ride in the C's and we had a crash in our warm up race, was warming down on the inner track when i saw the B's crash
Thats gotta be the worst crash i've seen for a while. Unusually it started at the front and riders went down like dominos and it seemed to go on for ages -

So the new accreditation rules are working then... hope everyone is alright!

Thats gotta be the worst crash i've seen for a while. Unusually it started at the front and riders went down like dominos and it seemed to go on for agesThe crash in our C's warm up was just daft, that wee lad took himself out and then collected two others......
The crash in the B's was horrible, saw it happen as I heard Melvin shouting before he went down. his bike went up the track (Its genuinely looks like its been run over, the whole rear tri is crushed), he slid down the track and all hell broke loose. I hope the two who needed ambulances were ok, Rudy Melo's shoulder didnt look in a good way though poor chap :(
The debrief in the pub revealed some interesting crash momments, such as Jim flying over Jaime then smashing into the fence only to land on big Steve and come away with out a scratch.
heal up well

Rudy has a broken collarbone unfortunately, just saw that on FB.
I hope it heals up well.

Was definitely a mess. Went on for ages. I count myself very, very lucky, and I have absolutely no idea how I made it through the whole field without going down. Adrenaline auto pilot.

I'm heading down to watch a little racing tonight, perv at bikes and try to pick up some tactics etc. Anyone else racing/heading down?
Stuck in a bit of a non-racing loop at the moment: no space in the container for my bike (yet), so can't get to Monday nights, without Monday nights not enough skills for race accreditation and then racing. Boo.
