Tuna and sardines are also good, but if you insist on eating chicken. Rogan's tip is a good one, then try with different marinades. There are millions out there, here are two easy ones:
Spicy one:
for 2 breat filets
2 cloves garlic
1 spanish red pepper
salt, black pepper, olive oil
-process garlic and spanish pepper in (wooden) mortar & pestle
Indonesian:
ketjap manis
dark soy sauce
5 spice powder
ginger powder
black pepper, oil
optional: some garlic, chilli powder and sambal oelek
If you havent already, consider purchasing a grill or grill pan.
Still I'd recommend variation in your diet. I love chicken with all my heart, but I do eat other stuff sometimes.
I like a simple pasta & tuna salad:
tomato
cucumber
spinach in stead of lettuce (much iron, good for Popeye result)
pickled gherkins
can of tuna
cold rinsed pasta (I like farfalle in salads)
salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil
optional: any vegetable or even fruit you like, boiled eggs
optional2: splash of sauce or dressing like mayonnaise or cocktail sauce
