  • Need some advice please guys. I've started gyming it again so eating pasta+chicken 3x a day.

    I'm finding taking a tub of cold chicken and pasta to work everyday a little boring. I'm just putting the pasta and chicken straight into the tub the night before. Next morning it's all soggy and horrid, what can I do to avoid this? Also wanting to possibly increase the taste of both chicken and pasta? Looking to bulk up so not too bothered about the calorie count, just something a little tastier!

    Are you avoiding sauces of any kind and just eating grilled chicken and boiled pasta?

    I'd get some Chicken thighs, marinade and roast or slow cook in any variety of sauce. Chicken breast is difficult to keep nice and moist at any time, yet alone the method you're talking about.

    Minced chicken has a high protein content, so you could make burgers/patties/kebabs and warm these through easily enough and its easier to keep moist/add flavour than a breast.

    A salad nicoise with Quinoa could also be a good option (egg, tuna and quinoa for protein)
