  • Need some advice please guys. I've started gyming it again so eating pasta+chicken 3x a day.

    I'm finding taking a tub of cold chicken and pasta to work everyday a little boring. I'm just putting the pasta and chicken straight into the tub the night before. Next morning it's all soggy and horrid, what can I do to avoid this? Also wanting to possibly increase the taste of both chicken and pasta? Looking to bulk up so not too bothered about the calorie count, just something a little tastier!

    I tend to open the chicken breast packet and move them all into a zippy bag and pour in some spices (I use this http://www.souschef.co.uk/chilean-spice-blend.html) and shake them around in the bag, then leave in the fridge for a bit before cooking them over the next few days, adds more flavour to the chicken and works for me

    I have a few different spice blends from sous chef and all have been decent, you can probably make your own cheaper though
