Dickhead New York parents who think that fitting Bull Bars to either end of their shiny new 4x4 is a really smart way to keep other cars from damaging their bumper paint during parallel parking.

I'd love to see what they'd make of that in Paris, of the most ratty little cars and parking in the middle of the road on chevrons.
