Do either have meters? Any models to avoid?
Later models of the Rollei have meters.
With the 645 you can use both waist-level finders or "regular" (prism) ones; the latter being avaiable with meters.
I don't know much about the different Rollei models to be honest,
but if you go Mamiya, you might want to look for a 645 1000s which has 1/1000 top speed (instead of 1/500), self timer, and DOF preview.
