Don't Forget - sleeping bags, pillow case, camp fire sundries, helmet, good vibes.
Registration - £50 per team payable upon registration and completion of waiver & bike check. Don't make me have to chase you down.
Tournament - format to be 100% finalised, probably swiss, winners to ref, then double elim. Jono, Zsofia and anyone else, i'll need some assistance with logistics if that's ok. Players, please don't go wandering off if you think there's any chance you could be playing soon, it fucks it up for everyone.
Accommodation - the cute little scout shop for your patches is open Saturday AM only. Clean up after yourselves at Runway's End, Wavell and with all the cooking gear and crockery which is provided.
If there's anyone that fancies stepping up as head bbq chef, make yourself known. I'm getting a PK kind of feeling off that.
Bikes can be left inside main hall or your room as long as they're not properly dirty. We're due some rain but there is a drying room on site.
As it's looking like there should be over 25 of us staying, the price pppn should be £13.90 +vat. I think this is payable on arrival but it could be on departure. Again don't make me hunt you down. You can check-in in groups in between games, and any couples that i've said can have a room to themselves have first dibs. There are 12 rooms that sleep 5 which can be filled as we like.
I know with accommodation and travel etc the costs are adding up, but tinnies and a bbq round a fire has got to be the most cost efficient way of having a quality evening.
Here's to a good one, see you tomorrow.

**USEFUL MAP // LOOK AT IT **
Sainsbury's is really close to the station if you want to grab food and booze for the day, also really close to the court is a bike shop, Xodus cycles ltd a CO-OP and a butchers if you fancy grabbing something for the evening BBQ.
All down Camp Road in North Camp Village, 3min from the court.
A coffee van will be at the court 11 till 1pm both days.
Also on the map is the accommodation, Run Ways End. The route shows by foot as it's a nicer route but you have to cut across a dual carriage way. Its a dangerous road so stay safe people.
NOTE : Bike shop is closed on Sundays
