I went to see my GP today and he says I'm pretty much not allowed to do any exercise for at least 4 weeks and that if I even look at a bike I'm dead to him. Shit. He gave me a bunch of stretches to do as well.

strengthening my hips has helped protect the knees.
In other news, saw a physio today. My hip is completely stuck, no flex at all, so my knees takes a lot of the stress the hip should take while I run. So is my chest / shoulders, so all the stress that should take, goes down to the hip... who send it on the knees.
wow. such hip.
