Following another osteo appointment last night, was enjoying today's run to work until some driver* decided to turn off the main road into the junction I was halfway across without deigning to indicate or look. Managed to dive out of the way, but took a heavy fall and, apart from minor cuts and bruises, my back went again. Grrr....
