Tandem specific question.
I have decided to remove the arai drag brake from the rear wheel on my tandem. In its wake I believe there must have once been a 2mm or so spacer, which I am not in possession of. My verniers reckon the ID of this spacer was 12mm. My question is, can I get away with using a regular M12 washer in there? (13mm ID). I think the answer to this question is yes but would like someone to confirm. Otherwise, where can one find a 12mm ID washer 2mm thick.
