The amount of tiny insects up here in the summer is insane. You need to build a sweat so they stick and cant bite.
Plenty of ticks around too. Although, while I've had to remove a dozen or so since I moved here, I've never had one from a run. Which is good because a few of my favourate areas are known for lyme disease.
Lovely.
In other News I jogged to work. It was very Nice. A surprisingly different feeling than cycling. Feel far more awake now.
