It's a good excuse for me to take my bike home when I visit.

What do you have to 'do' to your bike to make it track worthy? I suppose each velodrome will have different rules on that also?

• Remove anything other than essential parts...check

What else?

• Dedicated indoor tyres, not used on the road? Check
  
• Bike free from road dirt? Check
