There is no warranty, it is second hand.
I had shorter forks and wanted longer.
With an inch and a half to 2 of sag it lowers somewhat.
I like more laid back, and the forks wind down should I ever feel the need to do so.
Laid back and long travel for fast, technical, flowy... Well all descents, adjustability for the rest of the time.
Having not had a proper test ride just yet and just a quick blast, all I can say is I think it rides fantastic and is perfect for my needs.
