Right, some 'work in progress' pics and some 'almost finished' pics.
Home made headset press, fsa headset stealth points added with black marker. Why are all logos laser etched these days, irritating.
Zipp SL70 ergo bars, like the feel but I know classic bend looks better. Cheap PX 100 mm 17 degree stem until I'm set on length. I'll get a thomson later.

This bit always makes me nervous.
This looks quite good I thought. But using a shimmed stem and a 1" spacer on top (or just the top cap for that matter) means the shim jams up against the spacer and you can't adjust the headset properly. I ended up using a 1 1/8" spacer and top cap above the stem which works but looks a bit funny. Any suggestions? Was thinking I might chop a couple of mms off the shim with a dremel but will wait until I have the thomson stem to see if it's really necessary.
Well, here is v 1.0 for your viewing pleasure. Any suggestions appreciated. I need to adjust saddle angle and move it back a little bit, might have to lose the inline post but we'll see. As I wrote earlier, I think the shiny bar tape looks shit and it was a PITA to use so will be replacing that soonish. Bars will be angled down slightly. The derailleur cable housing needs shortening and the 5 mm spacer under stem needs to go ideally but need to test ride first. New crabon wheels will go on when they arrive and have gotten some 25 mm grand prix classics to go with them.
