Tnx, I meant faster for you btw. I read for duathlon and tri saddle forward makes you stress the same muscles as for running and is advised for short distances to make the swap less traumatic. I know it is also more aerodynamic in general but produces less power. Pros always sit so forward that could easily do with less than the legal 5, but they have gears. Was wondering if fixed gear has any impact on the setup making you prefer more backward positions to push harder at low rpm
