Prob strength related, been lazy doing anything but fun exercise, ie running and cycling. Should start doing some proper cross training stuff at least one day a week.
Knee's been fine so far today, just feels a bit odd. I'm still guessing something's swollen in there, but will try and find a physio for tomorrow / this week
