  • there is a risk of getting the wrong advice/ belief you can self-diagnose. i am sure bluerip00 will say the exact same thing as i did.

    i feel your comment highlights my point exactly:
    "I do stretch. Couple of leg stretches every morning, and a few sun salutations, and before every run, so should be ok."

    you could be over-stretching the problem, over-stretching relative your other, your issue may be strength related not flexibility related etc etc etc.
    your yoga form could be all over the place, giving you a false sense of security. doing a variety of exercise is just going to further confuse how things feel for you too.

    this comes from a place of love for your knee xxxx
