Will of course see a physio, but no harm in asking here as well is it? Sometimes bluerip00 is here and seems to be able to at least give you some steer to what can be wrong, or someone else had similar issues.
I do stretch. Couple of leg stretches every morning, and a few sun salutations, and before every run, so should be ok.
Need new shoes though, mine has been on their way out for a while but haven't had a chance to go in to a shop for new ones yet. Life and work has been too busy. Was hoping to do so tomorrow, but not sure 5-10 minutes on a treadmill is a good idea...
