  • Had an hour with cycling physio Nic Roberts yesterday. Night and day compared to the previous guy I saw whose focus was team sports.

    Apparently the cause of my pain (inside of my left knee) is that I drop my left hip and rotate my pelvis on every stroke. She had video footage to prove it!

    A shim to try and ease the symptoms, and a load of exercises to strengthen / loosen the hip area. Feeling a lot more positive about it already.
