I thought I might as well see a doctor so have an appointment coming up. About 80% of the Leeds fixed gear lot seem to be seeing a physio so if that doesn't go well I'm sure I won't be short of recommendations. Its just annoying because I actually feel relatively fit for the first time in a few months. Is there any form of exercise that won't ruin my knee? Swimming?
