I really want to solve the rear wheel enigma... I spoke with a lot of people but nobody knows what I can actually do, why did I study art instead of engineering? :(
the rear wheel is dead easy. do it the same way obree did. Ged yourself a threaded freewheel disc/trispoke/ or whatever. (hell go nab an old thread on freewheel road whell from your local co op to try if you dont believe me.) pull the freewheel body and all your spacers. respace to 100mm and tread on a cog and check chain line. if its good. If so bond cog to wheel (spnk offers an adhesive to do this with thre freewheel adapters) its basically the same way you adapt an old disc or specialized tri to a front wheel plus the addition of fitting a cog. then you are done. seriously its actually this simple.
this will work with any erly freewheel, not cassette wheel.
