Poor thing. That's a Rush - a burly XC bike. It's successor, the RZ, lives on I think. Paint looks nice.
Would be a punt, for sure. Anything approaching £150 would be risk-tastic. Lefty could be dead / damaged, and repair isn't cheap. Headset could be toast, won't take normal forks natively - although there are crappy reducers and pricey replacement headsets. Frame could be damaged, pivot bearings shot - no idea how well it's been assessed.
If you really, really wanted one though...
