I wouldn't bother. Why? Means shlepping over to Pearsons. If you are in West London it might make sense, but if not, it's a mission, and when you get costs from the driver to sort the mess out, they aren't going to pay for your time you wasted dealing with it. It's is rubbish, but it's the way it works.
Take it to your nearest reputable LBS and state very clearly that you would like them to safety check the bike and prepare a list of damages and repair costs. Get them to agree on the spot that the frame / fork are beyond economical repair and ask them to quote for like for like replacement. It's likely the front wheel is toast too, maybe the headset as well. Tell them you are happy to pay them a fee for the service - the driver's insurance will pay for that, too.
If Pearsons is your LBS then ignore the top bit, and, bonus :)
