Since returning from altitude my 20minute peak power has increased by 16%. There are too many variables to credit all of that gain to the altitude, especially since I only started using a PM a couple of months before my trip so I'm not 100% confident in my earlier values (mainly due to me being soft), but, since coming back I've beaten my previous best 20min peak power numbers on four successive rides culminating in last night's TT.
