I had a set of woodchippers a couple of years ago, but could never get them in quite the right position, even though they were a comfortable angle.
I think the problem was that I couldn't raise them high enough. Dirt drops ideally place the drop position of the bar where you'd normally have a flat bar ( as in picture above ) and to do that on a bike my size would have required the mightiest scoblestack ever seen O.o
