    I'm kinda done with tolerating perpetual trolls. It didn't need him to start with sexist references, or homophobic comments, but it did make it so much easier.

    I always thought that if tolerated trolls would soften over time. But it's not really proven to be the case. And trolls are noisy, they post a lot. It disrupts, causes damage to quality debates and conversations, and leaves a lasting record that it's accepted, which then deters others from participating.

    I'm going to start leaning far more heavily on people that troll, especially if they are new (not going to let them believe it's acceptable) or they've been warned before (because they should know better).
