You can get away with a mid depth wheel in the uk as a reasonable all rounder. light enough to be responsive up a hill but deep enough to offer some perceived aero benefit on the flat. Your right that they wont be the best at either end of the spectrum.
Im just querying the support for a mid depth but still quite heavy rim from an international source. Do flo have a uk distributor / warranty / support?
