I had a play with the King hubs at Bespoked- they had versions with a portion of the hub machined away so you could see what was going on inside.
For the first time I actually quite wanted some, seeing the quality of the workmanship and the thought that had gone into them.
Everyone does seem to rave about them.
I might be wrong, but don't you also need special tools to service them? Which means as well as the high up front cost you've also got to factor in paying someone to service them or the cost of the tools.
