Yep, it was a temporary fix while I'm trying to make my own rando-bag.
It's a Super C Audax with the dowel removed and the decaleur just slotted through the holes. Toe strap to secure to the head tube and secured at the front by looping the lid straps around the rack.
Was going to stitch some velcro straps under the bottom but needle on the sewing machine wasn't strong enough. May cut a couple of slits in the reinforcing panel instead, glue the edges and run webbing straps under the rack instead next time to make it a bit more accessible.
