CK's are very cool, after hearing swedee's I do like the noise, but imo very overpriced, Mono rs' seem like they're very similair, just not quite as good, but for more than half the price.
For the rings - Spidering! They look very cool imo and will help drop the weight
And just realised you're on Speedplays, when it comes to a service, replace the spindles with Ward Ti ones, not the cheaper J&L ones though, that should help drop 60g off
