Howard - I'm not sure how feasible getting hold of one of those frames would be, and tbh I don't care enough about 30mm of spacers to go through a further 6 months of trying to sell a frame to buy another one to respray it to make it look ok and losing a bunch of riding time and money in the meantime.

Absolutely. Just something to keep in the back of your mind should you need a frame replacement at some point.
