so frustrating - my knee blew up on a solo ride near Bath today, and in the 10km it took me to realise that it wasn't going to get me home my average dropped from 33.1 to 32.4 :(
I mean, also my knee is fucked so I don't think I can ride for the rest of the bank holiday at least, but for some reason this is more annoying to me right now.
