I wouldn't cut the steerer too soon if I were you. Maybe you don't want that much scoblebricks drop or you want to ride a dropbar.

Very nice. Loving the grey shades. Personally would have put a brake on the flat part of the bar, as the bullhorn one kinda looks like a claw aha. Either way nice build!

Thanks, frame size 50, it's tricky sizing IMO. This feels fine but I get toe clash on tight manoeuvres eg filtering. 53 would most likely be too large but no toe rub. I got the frame and cranks off the forum.
Also, I've heard from a couple of people that the park tool glueless patches are actually pretty decent now. I've got some to try.
