I'm gonna go for a road gear as that's what I'll use it for most. As long as I can take it off road a little if I need. Something like 46-16 I think
Is there any consensus on spds that can be used in regular shoes?
I looked at the Shimano ones that are SPD one side and flat the other but they look a bit bulky.
Any thoughts on time atac dh4?
