Great work hats, it's not a proper long run unless you throw up somewhere. Don't be despondent - you made shedloads of cash for a deserving charity and managed to look much more glam in the afterphoto than most of those speedsters like HB did.
You've trained well, save it all for the next one and utterly kill it.
