I've got a similar problem with the Flash, but no-where near as pronounced. Any knock, however slight, turns the light off for about .5 of a second. When it turns back on, it will either be in a different mode, or about 50% as bright as beforehand. Occasionally it will just turn off completely. I can turn the whole thing off with the slightest tap of a finger. It's so fragile it's beyond belief.
I initially thought this was because the springs were not stiff enough to maintain contact with the head when going over bumps, but I've put in some much stronger springs and it's still a problem :(
It's the Flash/Flare kit, and they've been great for the last 6 months. Now they're so shaky as to be unusable. I'm going to buy a massive Exposure front light at some point, for blinding cars, but I cannae afford it rn
Unfortunately I've only got a little commuter Exposure Flash at the front, with no ports for addition lights.
Also. Run a cable down the top tube? pffffffttttt what the fuck do you think this is?!
Ultimate rear light? (with no cable)
