I'm on hols in Pembrokeshire at the moment and have been running along the cliff top paths every day. Lots of uneven ground and steep sections. The views have been stunning though, seen dolphins, gannets, guillemots and yesterday in very nearly stepped on an adder warming itself in the later afternoon sun. Trod carefully after that. Best runs of my life. Last one today. Going to wait till late though as my balding bonce is sunburned to buggery. Wales in early April. Who'd a thunk?
