the only problem is that the multi pack flavours are frustratingly different to the non multi pack flavours!

I think it was only the 'Oatie' ones that were in the deal.

Just gorged on 3 bowls of an epic chilli my girlfriend cooked up. Loads of beef, lentils, chillies and just couldn't stop eating. Utterly superb after 12 hours in the office.

Managed to have dinner in a restaurant and have a salad, pretty pleased with myself when there were steak and burgers on the menu!
71 kg dead this morning, two rest days now so it's going to be a struggle to keep under my calorie target, but I'm feeling pretty determined at the moment.

You misunderstand, he had dinner *and still had space *for a salad as well!

Nope chicken salad with a side order of tomato salad.
The fat person inside me is very very angry and confused, the good news is he'll get fed some cake at the weekend.

Golden Syrup hot cross buns: strangely soggy but moreish. They don't really taste of syrup but have a nice aftertaste. I think I prefer the cranberry ones.

I'm not trying to lose any weight, but want to cut a bit of fat and turn it to muscle.
One problem I have, and which is manifesting itself right now, is as soon as I have more than one beer I just turn unit a greedy fucker and eat everything I can see, despite being reasonably disciplined the rest of the time.
I'm not gonna stop having the odd beer every now and then, but how to stop the gluttony? Booze seems to send my appetite through the roof and discipline through the floor

Well that is one of the effects of alcohol...
The way to cheat that is to have healthy snacks at home waiting. Or just try and be as disciplined as you possibly can- get home- have a glass of water and go to bed. -
• #8093
Yep. Kinda obvious I guess.
Fortunately I tend to snack on one, or, a combination of, peanut butter, yoghurt, and cereal, none of which are exactly the worst things in the world

Ive been using "my fitness pal" in an attempt to lose weight. I gave myself a 2000 calorie daily limit. It sort of works . Not drinking would be my tip for weight loss. And eating less

71.3kg this morning, so over 1kg down on this time last week, pretty pleased with that progress although it was bloody hard, I still think I have 2-3kg of lard to shift which I hope will be fairly easy, but I'm back training at high intensity this week so it will get significantly harder!

Another multi-thousand calorie deficit should knock some weight off... until Thurs by which time I will have consumed enough kebabs to add it back and be ready to drink myself into a stupor.

78kg before Bespoked, 76.8 afterward.
This is what happens when the only food source is LMNH, and it's £4 for a not-great Tuna sarnie.
Speaking of offers, Tesco are doing 2 packs (4 bars per pack) of Nakd bars for £3 at the moment, which is much better than the £2.60-£3 rrp.
I use these a lot on longer runs when I can't be bothered to prepare anything else in advance.
