by sourcing, preparing, sharing, and inventing my meals from scratch and so also planning ahead, I am able to develop a much better relationship with food and my body

It takes determination / effort / time, but it's really fuckin worth it.
So nice to know exactly what's in the food you put in your body - or, in other words - what isn't.
Am having more and more a hard time understanding what crap people around me are eating / I have been eating in the past.
