  • If you want inspiration and don't mind adapting a little, you can do worse than visiting the recipes pages on www.guardian.co.uk and Ottolenghi's site - thick meal soups, stews, baked dishes etc. - which are more extensive than previously. http://www.ottolenghi.co.uk/recipes

    I use Pinterest a lot for ideas with pictures too - here's a search for vegan curries I use, curries are good for reheating and often improve when made ahead:

    I've never reheated a dish more than once - I'm of the (perhaps misguided) understanding that reheating twice or more is a health and safety no-no, no matter how hot you make it. Would be interested to discover this is a myth though!
