My local turkish shop recently started to sell tenderloin for €12.50 / kg. I couldnt believe it at first, but you can't really fake a tenderloin. Though it's not the best quality meat, it still tastes delicious and is extremely tender.
I bought one this afternoon and started cooking:
First cook egg noodles in very little water and a generous gulp of dark soy sauce.
Keep it boiling until almost everything is either soaked up or vaporated. Set aside.
Chop an onion, two cloves of garlic and 2 small red lombok peppers.
Fruit them and add fresh ground black pepper.
When properly fruited, add bean sprouts and stir a bit
Meanwhile sort the other ingredients. Mushroom sauce, oister sauce, ketjap manis, curry masala powder, 5 spice powder.
Then add the sliced tenderloin and keep stirring till slightly browning.
Add the other ingredients and stir well. At this point you gotta move fast because you don't want your meat overcooking.
2 tbsp mushroom sauce
2 tbsp oister sauce
1 tbsp ketjap manis
2 tsp curry masala powder
pinch of 5 spice powder
Add the noodles and stir up. Just before serving add chopped spring onion and flat leaved parsley, mix it up well.
