noticed that too - to be fair, some people might just not like it. I've found a flurry of neg votes whenever I talk about people being fat or thin or describe violence against women. The fact is, this is stuff that gets talked about in a factory on a day to day basis.
I'm pretty liberal, to be honest, but at work you have to brush stuff like that off. I can't make a stand in a place like this, it will get me nowhere.
The works director is racist and a misogynist, he's taken female clients to strip clubs, ffs, that's how P.C. he is. We had one of our top reps attempt to drunkenly molest a female account executive in a taxi and rather than firing him they made him send her flowers.
Flowers. The perfect cure for a sex crime.
As such, I don't mind a story being negged. It's a matter of opinion. Like on Catchphrase, I say what I see.
