  • I've been making vegan ice cream recently, for no other reason than its simple as all hell.

    1. Bananas. Peel. Freeze. Add Cocoa Powder (or nibs). Vanilla essence (or mint). Blitz. Add flavouring of your choice. Blitz. Eat.
    2. Cashews. Soak. Blitz. Flavor. Freeze. Blitz. Eat.
    3. Avocados. 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce. 1/2 teaspoon balsamic. (or Lemon/Lime juice- about 1tbsp/ avocado. Agave nectar. Blend. (Add Cocoa powder.) Freeze and blitz, repeat. Eat.
