Cycle PS...generally nice guys regardless but a few weeks ago I took a hub and rim to be built by them.
When I went to pick it up they said they'd left me a message (my vm is rubbish so I never check it) to let me know they hole count on the rim and the hub were different. I am a bit shit with numbers but I DID count them both, honest.
Their mechanic was actually apologising to me and making excuses for me. I know it wouldn't be very professional to be all short and huffy with me making him get so far and then undo work, but I've had plenty of other bike shop staff being huffy and short with me for much less!
