As I've said before, in many locations, there's no point in tinkering with a crap junction like Bow. You just start again. Bow needs a town centre developed there. It's about halfway between Stratford and Mile End. Make it a destination, with shops and other activity, and it'll be transformed completely. It would change the rhythm of going along the A11/A118.
