  • lambo was defo speeding and in the wrong. when you make a decision to pull out - car or bike - you take a view on any other car's distance, speed and how quickly you can get yourself moving and into the flow of traffic. if someone else is travelling at a speed completely out of keeping with the road limits then it changes all of that. mazda takes a look left...thinks they have enough time to turn - turns out they don't because lambo is nitroing it.

    This last part is off to me. You're saying that it's ok for the driver pulling out to make an assumption about the approaching car's speed ( that it's within the limit), when really the driver should have assessed the speed of the approaching car and made a decision based on that.

    It's the exact same situation as when you're approaching a junction on a bike and a car pulling out makes the assumption that because you're on a bike you're travelling slowly and continues to pull out right when you're on top of them.

    Regardless of whether the lambo was speeding, if the driver of the car pulling out saw it coming, then it's still a dumb move by the driver pulling out.

    (not actually attributing blame to either driver though, can't really see enough in the video)
