I can't find one of my tyre levers, but I still have enough to do the job.

I realised this morning after I'd left the house that my front tyre needs inflating by a few psi.

I was riding along Stamford hill this evening. Fortunately the batteries didn't fall out of my rear light this time.

I managed to squirt hydraulic fluid all over the wall in my front room, thankfully not DOT.

Last week I was riding down Talbot Road towards Portobello Road. I was passing the opening to Colville Houses which is a kind of short, dead-end residential street. It was about 8:30am and I still hadn't woken up properly, but I caught something out the corner of my eye and thought "that's odd, it looks like a pram is rolling down the pavement onto the road into oncoming traffic". It was, and there was a fucking baby in it sleeping happily away. I nipped in front on the oncoming car to try and stop the traffic/the pram before disaster ensued when out of nowhere the/a mother came running down the pavement and caught it. She kind of smiled awkwardly at me and then pulled the buggy back up the pavement without uttering a word. Not really sure she was aware what she very narrowly avoided happening.

The idiocy of some parents with prams never ceases to amaze me.

First Oh Shit for a long while:
Turning right from Eastway onto Wick road (junction full of non-moving traffic from both roads and backed up quite some distance), I'm filtering between the lanes and about to turn right when some absolute weapon with his entire family in the car, overtakes the entire queue down the wrong side of chapman road (through a red light, to add insult) and screeches to a stop approximately 10cm from my front wheel.

What a complete tool. I wonder how these people try to justify idiocy like this.

Similar thing happened to me this morning. Very nearly side swiped by a grey van man who decided to do a left turn without indicating or checking anywhere.

I think he realised it was a cunt move as he apologised profusely slightly further down the road (after much beeping/shouting from everyone else in the queue) but I can't really fathom why he thought it was a good idea in the first place.

Is that an older white van man?

Was it me?
Riding away from waterloo on the way home, hit a medium sized pothole, wondered if i might have to fix a puncture, which would have been a bit shitty. thankfully, it was fine.
