I suspect that the lambo was going a teeency bit over the limit, given that the crash provided enough force to lift all 4 wheels off the road. The Mazda was at a give way so should not have pulled out, there is an argument for both parties being at fault so if the insurance companies see that video they will probably push for knock for knock.
