The April fool about eating 7 portions of fruit and veg a day is hilarious.
As if anyone would ever manage to eat that much fruit and veg. BBC have totally been taken in though.

My four year old has been enjoying making up April Fool's jokes this morning.
My personal favourite was "Dad, everyone else in the country has died apart from us", which she came out with on the way to the childminders.

"Ritzy Cinema to become 'Little' Waitrose Supermarket"

Protein beer from myprotein, Cabbage gels from SIS and Power Limiters to keep the pros at certain wattages from SBS Australia were the only ones I saw.
